The A4 certificate folder with individual hot foil stamping provides the perfect setting for special awards: stylish, high-quality and with high recognition value.
Your logo or desired text will be precisely applied to the sturdy 320g/m² FSC cardboard using foil stamping (e.g. in gold, silver or matte white) – for a professional appearance at certificate presentations, anniversaries, award ceremonies or official document handovers.
Inside, two sturdy insert flaps ensure the certificate is held securely. The folder remains flat, mailable, and can even be handed over with one hand. It is especially popular with schools, universities, notaries, government agencies, guilds, associations, and companies that value visible appreciation – and sustainable materials.

Yes – you can have things like “certificate of honor”, school names or institutional titles minted.

The embossing area is max. 100×50 mm. Ideal for logos, slogans or symbols on the front.
A one-time tooling fee applies to the first order. Subsequent orders are possible without additional tooling costs.
Typically 7–10 working days from approval. Express service available upon request.
We recommend re-embossing for orders of 25 pieces or more – your embossing die remains archived.

Gold or silver embossing on dark cardboard creates a particularly elegant appearance.
Document folders are clearly designed for official documents – without a business card slot, slimmer, more formal. Presentation folders have space for up to 30 A4 sheets (80 g/m²) and do have a business card slot.
