Typische Einsatzbereiche sind E-Commerce-Versand, Retourenabwicklung, Markenversand, Serienversand und Produktversand mit Schutzbedarf. Besonders relevant ist die Lösung dann, wenn Versandkarton, Retourenfunktion und Produktschutz zusammen gedacht werden sollen, etwa durch zusätzliche Klebestreifen, Aufreißperforation oder passgenaue Wellpapp-Polster und Inlays.
Nicht ausgelegt ist das Produkt für B2C-Einzelkäufe, DIY-Anwendungen oder einfache Standardkartons ohne Anforderungen an Branding, Retourenfunktion oder Prozessoptimierung.
AUSWAHLMÖGLICHKEITEN & BESTELLABLAUF
Dieses Produkt ist als Hybrid-Produkt angelegt. Es basiert auf konfigurierbaren Grundparametern, enthält aber einen beratungsintensiven Individualanteil. Eine direkte Grundkonfiguration ist über definierte Verpackungsparameter möglich, die finale Ausführung bleibt jedoch projekt- und mengenabhängig.
Im Standardbereich auswählbar sind Bauformen wie FEFCO 0427, FEFCO 0429, FEFCO 0201, FEFCO 0713, FEFCO 0701, FEFCO 0705 sowie Briefkastenverpackungen. Ebenso lassen sich Versandlösungen mit oder ohne Retourenfunktion, vollflächiger oder partieller Druck und Innendruck als Grundparameter einordnen. Standard heißt hier nicht zwingend Lagerware, sondern eine vordefinierte Konstruktionsbasis.
Zusätzliche Abstimmung ist erforderlich, wenn eine individuelle Stanzverpackung, Sonderformate, zusätzliche Klebestreifen für Retouren, Aufreißperforationen, produktbezogene Schutzlösungen, passgenaue Wellpapp-Polster oder Inlays, Sondermaterialien oder Prototypen benötigt werden. Diese Punkte gehören in den Individualbereich und werden technisch sowie kaufmännisch separat abgestimmt.
Für die Bewertung und Angebotsausarbeitung werden Produktmaße, Produktgewicht, Stückzahl, Versandart, Schutzanforderung, gewünschte Retourenfunktion und Druckdaten benötigt. Wenn Polster oder Inlays mitentwickelt werden sollen, sind außerdem Anforderungen an die Schutzlösung relevant. Je nach Projekt können PDF, Druckdaten, Maßskizzen, technische Zeichnungen oder CAD-Daten die Abstimmung unterstützen.
Vor Serienproduktion ist eine technische und druckseitige Freigabe vorgesehen; bei Entwicklungsprojekten ist auch eine Prototypfreigabe möglich. Der Produktionsstart erfolgt nach Datenfreigabe beziehungsweise nach finaler technischer Abstimmung. Lieferzeit und Projektlaufzeit hängen von Konstruktion, Druck, Freigabe, Stückzahl und eventueller Prototypenphase ab. Laut Vorgabe sind kleinere Auflagen möglich; die Lieferzeit ist projektabhängig und liegt typischerweise bei wenigen Tagen bis Wochen. Express ist möglich.
